The terms and conditions stated below govern the use of the WebClixs website and professional agency services. By engaging with our digital platforms or commissioning services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these guidelines.

1. General Terms of Service

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or any activity prohibited by these terms. Specifically, you may not take any action that could damage, overburden, impair, or compromise the stability of WebClixs servers, networks, or digital infrastructure.

Unauthorized access to restricted accounts, admin portals, server systems, or client databases through hacking, password mining, or any illegitimate means is strictly prohibited. WebClixs does not assume liability for any local system damage or data loss resulting from unauthorized downloads or external cyber threats.

WebClixs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, content, or service offered on this portal at any time without prior individual notice.

2. Intellectual Property & Content Policies

All creative design mockups, source codes, proprietary workflows, branding graphics, and text content featured on this website are the exclusive property of WebClixs or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or transmit any creative assets without prior written consent from WebClixs. Unauthorized exploitation constitutes an infringement of trademark and copyright laws.

3. Project Execution & Client Collaboration

• Client Responsiveness & Project Hold: If an active client fails to respond to critical milestone queries, content requests, or design approvals for more than 30 consecutive days, the project will automatically be placed on "Hold" status and may require a reactivation review.
• Administrative Credentials & Handover: Upon formal handover of administrative login credentials (e.g. CMS admin panel, server root, or DNS controls) to the client, WebClixs is no longer responsible for site malfunctions, file modifications, or code breaks introduced by external parties or third-party administrators.

4. Domain Registration & Hosting Guidelines

Domain Registration

We register top-level domains (TLDs) on behalf of our clients upon receiving formal written approval and necessary KYC / government ID verification as required by domain registrars.

Domain Renewal

For domain renewal, our billing desk requests renewal confirmation and invoice settlement at least 1 to 2 weeks prior to the domain expiration date. Full advance payment is required to execute the renewal. WebClixs is not responsible for domain redemption penalties or registrar expiry if renewal instructions and payment are delayed by the client.

Domain Transfers

Clients wishing to transfer their domain name to another registrar or hosting provider must notify our support desk at least 30 working days before the domain expiration date to ensure seamless authorization code issuance.

Server Hosting & Third-Party Management

When hosting credentials are shared with client internal developers or third-party agencies, WebClixs cannot be held accountable for unintended file deletions, database corruptions, or configuration overwrites caused by outside access.

5. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Government of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or service agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh / Delhi NCR, India.
